When we first opened our doors as Pachtuv Palace in 2004, we set out to offer our guests a unique blend of luxury, history, and unforgettable experiences. In 2021, we embraced a new chapter, renaming it The Mozart, to celebrate the deep connection this palace shares with the world of music and the arts. Today, our 69 exquisite rooms and suites are once again welcoming guests from around the globe.

Above all, the entire staff was exceptionally friendly, including the team at the front desk, concierge, restaurant, and bar. As an Accor Gold member, I received a generous upgrade to a spacious suite, a lovely welcome amenity, and even a sweet gift of cake and macarons on my checkout day. Before checking out, I asked if I could enjoy the treats with my welcome drink at the hotel cafe, and they kindly said yes. It was a delightful experience, and I truly enjoyed my stay!
